It has come to our attention that some legitimate e-mails are not being received by Brychem. This is due to automatic anti-spam countermeasures being taken by certain ISPs and mail delivery systems, and is beyond our control.
Due to the recent increase in unsolicited e-mails (spamming), depending on your e-mail service provider (ISP) and/or location, your e-mails may be (unknown to you, and us) subject to automatic blocking: a process whereby the e-mail is simply killed off in transit, with no message about this action being sent to the sender or the recipient. If your e-mail provider, or area of origin is subject to automatic blocking, unknown to you, many of your e-mails will not be reaching their destinations. If this is the case, apart from persuading your e-mail provider to become de-blacklisted or changing to another (unblacklisted) provider, there is little else you can do about this problem. If you are using your e-mail address to communicate with us and do not receive a reply within 48 hours, it may be that your e-mail service provider is being subjected to automatic blocking. Please try again, or, better, contact us directly using telephone or fax.
